We act for companies, promoters, creditors, resolution professionals, liquidators, banks, NBFCs and resolution applicants, from first advice and drafting through to appearances before the Hon'ble NCLT, NCLAT, Securities Appellate Tribunal, arbitral tribunals, commercial courts, High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.
The firm has offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Gurgaon. For matters involving English and international law, the firm works on a cross-border referral basis with independent correspondent counsel in London.
