Company Law & Corporate Restructuring

We handle schemes of amalgamation, merger and demerger, and other compromises and arrangements, from the first motion to the final order, including drafting the minutes of the order. Our M&A support includes legal due diligence and compliance for these schemes.

We also advise and act in shareholder and corporate disputes under the Companies Act, 2013.

Litigation and advisory before Hon'ble NCLT, NCLAT, the High Courts and the Supreme Court. We draft, file and appear in these matters ourselves, so the team that advises on the transaction is the team that argues it.
