What we do

Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC)

We advise financial and operational creditors, corporate debtors, resolution applicants and personal guarantors on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, from both legal and financial viewpoints.

We support resolution professionals through the corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) and liquidators through liquidation, including vetting process documents and resolution plans. We also vet resolution plans for prospective resolution applicants.

Litigation and advisory before Hon'ble NCLT, NCLAT and the Supreme Court. We draft, file and appear in these matters ourselves, so the team that advises on the transaction is the team that argues it.
