What we do

Cross-Border Insolvency & Restructuring

We advise on corporate insolvency and restructuring under the UK frameworks, including administration, company voluntary arrangements, creditors' voluntary liquidation and members' voluntary liquidation, for companies and groups whose operations, assets or creditors sit in more than one jurisdiction.

We also advise individuals on personal insolvency and individual voluntary arrangements, and act for creditors on recovery and ranking and for directors on the duties and exposures that arise as a company approaches insolvency. Where English law or an English court is engaged, the firm works on a cross-border referral basis with independent correspondent counsel in London.
